Location	Based in City of London with visits to Nigeria
Function	You will be responsible for the formulation of contractual claims on current and/or completed projects including extension of time, consequential loss and expense, etc., in accordance with project contracts. This will include liaison with all company departments to gather information and supporting documentation. It is anticipated that the post will be 6 to 12 months duration.
Minimum Requirement	You should be degree qualified and membership of the RICS will be an advantage. A proven track record of successful claims formulation and settlement of disputes, particularly in Power Generation / Power Transmission sector, with a minimum of 12 years experience in contractual claim formulation / settlement.
